Description
1 kb DNA Ladder is ideal for determining the size of double-stranded DNA from 250 to 10 000 base pairs.
The ladder consists of 13 DNA fragments which are products of the restrictions of special plasmid by RsaI restrictase or products of PCR. All fragments are blunt-ended. The 1 kb and 3 kb fragments are present at increased intensity to allow easy identification.
1 kb plus DNA Ladder contains no stain, please add loading buffer or other stain before loading on gel.
