Description
PCRBIO Ladder III has band every 50 basepair from 50 up to 500bp, every 100bp from 500 bp up to 1000 bp, one band at 1200 and one band at 1500 bp.
A combination of PCR products and restriction enzyme digested plasmids. DNA amount of each band is provided based on loading 5 μl per well. PCRBIO ladder is ready to load, do not add 6x Sample Loading Buffer B to ladder.
Specifications:
- PCR products and double-stranded DNA digested with appropriate restriction enzymes, are phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10mM EDTA.
- Concentration: 100μg/ml
- Recommended Load: 5 μl / well
- Containing orange G & xylene cyanol FF as tracking dyes
PCRBIO Ladders I-IV are manufactured using a combination of plasmid restriction digest fragments and PCR amplification products. The ladders are resuspended in sample buffer ready for immediate gel loading. The buffer formulation also allows for greater room temperature stability compared to conventional DNA ladders.
PCRBIO Ladder lll is also available in 500 lanes at a lower price per lane.
