PCRBIO Ladder II - 100 lanes

Description

PCRBIO Ladder III has band every 250 basepair from 250 up to 1000 bp, every 500 bp from 1000 bp up to 3000 bp, every 1000 bp from 3000 bp to 6000 bp, one band at 8000 bp and one band at 10 000 bp.

A combination of PCR products and restriction enzyme digested plasmids. DNA amount of each band is provided based on loading 5 μl per well. PCRBIO ladder is ready to load, do not add 6x Sample Loading Buffer B to ladder.

• PCR products and double-stranded DNA digested with appropriate restriction enzymes, are phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10mM EDTA
• Concentration: 100 μg/ml
• Recommended Load: 5 μl / well
• Containing orange G & xylene cyanol FF as tracking dyes

PCRBIO Ladders I-IV are manufactured using a combination of plasmid restriction digest fragments and PCR amplification products. The ladders are resuspended in sample buffer ready for immediate gel loading. The buffer formulation also allows for greater room temperature stability compared to conventional DNA ladders.

PCRBIO Ladder ll is also avaliable in 500 lanes at a lower price per lane.
