Description
PCRBIO Ladder IV has band every 100 basepair from 100 up to 1000 bp and one band at 1500 bp.
Product description:A combination of PCR products and restriction enzyme digested plasmids. DNA amount of each band is provided based on loading 5 μl per well. PCRBIO ladder is ready to load, do not add 6x Sample Loading Buffer B to ladder.

- PCR products and double-stranded DNA digested with appropriate restriction enzymes, are phenol extracted and equilibrated to 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 8.0) and 10mM EDTA.

PCRBIO Ladders I-IV are manufactured using a combination of plasmid restriction digest fragments and PCR amplification products. The ladders are resuspended in sample buffer ready for immediate gel loading. The buffer formulation also allows for greater room temperature stability compared to conventional DNA ladders.
