Stampwell stamps imprint arrays of wells in hydrogels in just one time. Nothing more to do than load your samples into the wells and image. 4 different stamnps according to positioning and size of the fish.
Larvae 1:
• Shape of the wells: Fish body and tali (Zebrafish larvae)
• Material: PU
• Depth of the wells: 1.4 mm
• Dimensions of the smaller wells: 4 (1.8 for the body and 2.2 for the tail) x 0.65 mm
• Dimensions of the intermediate wells: 5 (2.25 for the body and 2.75 for the tail) x 0.8 mm
• Dimensions of the largest wells: 6 (2.7 for the body and 3.3 for the tail) x 0.96 mm
• Number of pins: 5 large pins ideal for the 9-14 dpf zebrafishes + 5 medium pins ideal for the 6-9 dpf zebrafishes + 5 small pins ideal for the 3-6 dpf zebrafishes
Key features:
1. Save time: no need to manually position your samples individually. Fish embryos/larvae will self-position in the wells.
2. Boost your assay reproducibility: once loaded in the wells, your samples are perfectly positioned, aligned and located on a similar focal plane.
3. Open system: direct access to embryos/larvae for adding external compounds (i.e. drug screening).
4. User-friendly and economic, easy to handle and usable dozens of times
4. Compatible with a wide variety of hydrogels
5. Easy to keep track of samples located with their alpha-numerical register mark
