PCRBIO dNTP Mix contains premixed aqueous solutions of dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each nucleotide at a final concentration of 25mM.

The purity of PCRBIO dNTP Mix is more than 99%, it is stable after multiple freeze-thaw cycles and 95% of dNTPs remain in triphosphate form after 5 weeks at room temperature.

PCRBIO dNTP Mix perfect for a wide variety of applications. It has been tested on many molecular biology applications including standard PCR, fast PCR, 1-Step PCR, high-fidelity PCR, real-time PCR, long-range PCR, MDA, RDA, LAMP and DNA sequencing.

PCRBIO dNTP Mix is included in most polymerases and mixes from PCR Biosystems.
