BIORON Set of 4 dNTPs, 4 x 100mM - 4 x 200 µl

Description

Set of 4 dNTPs with dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, each highly purified with a concentration of 100 mM.

Suitable for many applications where high-quality reagents are required. Such procedures include reverse transcription (RT), polymerase chain reaction (PCR), RT-PCR, DNA labeling reactions, and sequencing/cycle sequencing analysis.

All dNTPs are tested for purity by HPLC, UV and NMR spectroscopy and for absence of nucleases (including RNAses). PCR performance of deoxynucleotides are tested with Taq DNA Polymerase.

This set contains 1 vial of each dATP, dCTP, dGTP and dTTP, in water in sodium salts with a concentration of 100 mM. pH 7.5.

Set of 4 dNTPs is also available with a concentration of 10 mM each.
