Peptone, Casein Enzymatic Hydrolysate, Beef Extract and Yeast Extract provide essential nutrients for bacterial growth such as amino acids, peptides, carbohydrates, vitamins, and minerals. Dextrose is the main fermentable sugar. Agar is the gelifying agent.
