Meet us at LabDays 2023

The fair takes place Wednesday 13. and Thursday 14. September at Aarhus Congress Center, Margrethepladsen 5, 8000 Aarhus

You enter the exhibition hall via the glass covered corridor in the middle of the building. There is thus an entrance at both ends, but it is easiest is to use the entrance to the right of the Radisson Blu hotel.

Wednesday 13th September 09:00 - 16:00

Thursday 14th September 09:00 - 16:00

Registration:

Visiting LabDays Aarhus 2023 is free of charge, but all visitors must be registered.

You can pre-register at the fair website. When you pre-register, you will get an e-mail with a link to print your admission card immediately. Your admission card is scanned when you enter the fair, so remember to bring it with you. It is also possible to register and print your admission card at the entrance to the fair.

Parking:

There is a parking area right in front of the venue with a capacity of 1.100 cars, it is open 24 hours. Access to the via Thomas Jensens Alle, Skt. Nicolaus Gade (next to Føtex) or from the back of the house via Sonnesgade.

Purchase your parking ticket by using the machines in the parking area, or use a parking app (i.e. easypark).

Cloakroom:

There is a cloakroom in the basement below the foyer, just before you reach the exhibition hall. The cloakroom is staffed and the use is it is free of charge.
